Processing & Shipping Timeline
Pre-orders will be shipped within 3–4 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you directly via the email provided at checkout.

Domestic & International Orders

UK & EU: Prices include VAT where applicable.

USA & Canada: Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Other Countries: Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. Customers are responsible for these costs.

 

Split Shipments
If your order contains both in stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once the pre-order item is available. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Order Updates
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your pre-order is dispatched.
